Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zoovely.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time to post.
Contact your bank—processing times may vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@zoovely.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item, email us at sales@zoovely.com and send the product to: 3000 E Eastdale Mall,

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
