Shipping Locations: We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Transit Time: Once shipped, your package will generally arrive within 4 to 5 business days via standard shipping.
Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, you can expect your product to arrive within 7 business days or sooner, depending on your location within the United States.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If there are any delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days after the order has been shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Not currently available. However, we are working to introduce faster shipping options in the future.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product, dimensions, and destination within the United States.
During checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website and applied automatically during checkout if eligible.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to valid addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zoovely.com or call us at 669-423-9078 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist in recovering your order or issuing a replacement.
